About Me

As a wellness counsellor, I believe that it is okay to be messy, complicated and afraid, but if we are brave enough to show up anyway, we start unlocking our own resilience and power to start writing a life story that is a true reflection of who we are. I believe in the power of community and finding your tribe to support you through life's seasons.

What is a Wellness Counsellor?

Wellness Counsellors serve to enhance the total well-being of their clients by making use of a systems approach to counselling – working towards achieving wholeness within the integrative unity of body, mind and spirit. The level of counselling is that of primary health care.

This includes, but is not limited to:
· individual counselling
· group counselling
· marriage counselling
· lifestyle coaching
· trauma counselling
· drug and alcohol abuse counselling
· bereavement counselling
· hospice counselling
